Text Message History not complete on online bill--have you experienced this?

Hi there, I just noticed that a number of texts I have received have not shown up in the online record on my koodo self-serve account. Why would that be? It isn't a big deal, I just found it odd. Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks

If you just received these texts recently then they might not have been updated on self serve yet. Note the updated date and time at the bottom

You do have unlimited texts right? Don't need to worry if you do!
Thank you for the response. They were from days ago and other texts from the same day are there, just ones from certain numbers are missing. I do have unlimited texts I am just weird and like to check details and found their absence very odd 🙂.
