Text from Koodo, adding second line.


Hi! I just received a text message saying that I could add another line to my account. Does this mean I can share my current plan with another number? Or just simply adding another phone to the account? I already have 2 phones, just hoping that maybe I can finally just have one plan!! Thanks 🙂

You cannot have multiple phones on one line or account. You can however have multiple phones, each with their own number & plan, paid through one payment account.

I understood it mean an offer of having two lines on one phone. Good idea if only I could find out how! Been waiting for customer services for 45mins.

@Simon,
  Not possible to have two Koodo lines on one phone.  You could buy VoIP numbers from another supplier, which forward to your current number, instead.
That's what I thought! I just wanted to verify....I have been hoping they would come out with a shared plan sometime! Doesn't hurt to dream, lol. Thanks!!!
Why not buy two Sim cards for the same cell phone that's what I did with my Telus phone and account. They are so damn expensive I was getting my money out of it one way or the other OK OK
