Terminate my Plan


I want to terminate my plan and I emailed you already because i moved out in Canada... My plan is more than 2 yrs.. Please cancel my plan coz i cant pay anymore my bill since i am not using my number.. Can you please leave a message in my yahoo mail coz its hard to call your customer service.

The only way to cancel your service is to call customer service and ask to cancel. I'm not sure if I understand correctly that it's been almost two years since you paid your bill but if that's true then you're most likely in collections at this point. Call Koodo via Skype or some other free voip service and speak to a rep about your account, they can give you the proper information.
Thank you for your advice appreciate it, but the problem is hard to call the customer service and im worried about my billing coz they still charge me..

You're still getting charged monthly or you're worried that you will get charged for outstanding amounts if you call in?

You should have cancelled your plan before you left Canada. However, the only way to cancel is to call on and speak to a rep during normal business hours.

You can use Google voice or Skype or Fongo some other VoIP to make the call. Is it a time zone thing that makes it hard to call in?

Goran, yes ive still received my monthly bill... Before my due last month of may i paid already my bill.. I am updated on my monthly bill... I've emailed kodoo to terminate my plan but instead to terminate they activate my roaming!!! I dont want to pay if i am not using anymore my plan here in my place... Thank you for your info..
