tech help, calls and texts not working

Hey everyone I just switched my plan from Rogers to koodo and I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Note 2 and I've noticed I can't receive any incoming calls but I can call others. In addition I get text messages from some people but texts from anyone other than a select few can get through to me, any idea why?

Did you port your number from Rogers? Was it done today? The port may not be fully completed yet.

You should restart your phone just incase.

Also you mentioned upgrading to the NOTE, was your previous phone an iPhone? Did you remember to shut off Imessage? If this persists past 24hrs call Koodo Technical support. It's free.

It was about 2 weeks ago and yeah I've tried restarting and no difference, ill call tech support thanks 🙂
