I just got my new TCL 10 Pro and it's seems to have a weird problem. Whenever it's on a full charge (or close to it) it will turn off whenever I press the the hold button for even half a second. So every time i want to use the phone after the screen goes dark I have go through the process of turning it back on and waiting for it to load back up.
Once the battery life goes down to 96 or 97 percent this issue goes away but its a pretty big problem because I have to charge my phone over night and I use it as an alarm to wake up in the morning. Since it turns off at full charge, the alarm doesn't go off for me to go to work.
Any body know any solution to this problem?

Try factory resetting your phone. This procedure restores your phone to factory default settings. This also erases the contents of your phone. Backup anything you want to keep. The link below provides instructions on how to factory reset your phone. After a factory reset, your phone should return to normal operation.
