how do I contact someone at koodo to discuss my bill?

You can call them to talk about your bill, but they will charge you if you want them to do something you can do yourself online. Like changing anything on your account.

why was a charged data on my phone when I was connected to Wifi? I was in a hospital and was connected to wifi. I sent baby pictures to family members. I was not charged any time after that !! Very frustrated
