Tab credit balance reduced after payout

I have a tab large plan and they seem to be clawing back my positive tab balance. Here is the tab balance from my bill:

Your Koodo Tab
Opening Tab Balance  -0.25
Koodo Contribution                             10.27
Your Contribution (Tab Charge)            10.00
Upgrades, payoff & credits                 -10.00
Closing Tab Balance                           10.02

my bill did not go down as a result of the "Upgrades, payoff & credits"

any ideas what is going on?

Hi Jesse, Based on this, I believe that by default it added your tab charge, but since the Koodo Contribution exceeded the balance of the phone, so they credited your tab contribution. So all that was applied is the Koodo contribution and you now have 10.02$ to put towards a new phone! (Meaning your tab is now paid off!)
Thanks Mathieu! What I was expecting was a credit of 20.02 to put to a new phone. I could see them reducing my tab charge and billing me less now that it's paid off, but I didn't expect them to bill me the same amount and then reduce[i] their contribution.

If you wish to argue the details of your bill then you will need to either post ALL the information or call koodo who can see all the details. Expecting us to explain anything based on incomplete info is unrealistic.

As I previously said, what it looks like is that they refunded your 10$ contribution as the Koodo contribution covered it. Look at your numbers, 10.27$ was Koodo's contribution, 10$ was your contribution, you were refunded 10$. That would equate to your contribution. But as Timo said, for anything more detailed you should call Koodo.

Hey Jesse! Mathieu is right, you currently have a pending credit of $10 on your next invoice.  Hope this helps 🙂
