Tab charged twice.


I changed my plan effective with this month's billing cycle. My bill should state $40 (plan) + $15 (tab) = $55. However, my bill says $40 (plan) + $15 (tab) + another $15 (tab) = $70.00. Can someone explain?

Most likely there's been a bug in the system. You would need to contact Koodo in order to fix that problem.

Your best bet is a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter to get it resolved without long wait times.

If your remaining Tab reflects the double deduction, and you dont mind it, then I wouldnt bother contacting Koodo

Unfortunately, The Tab does not reflect the double deduction.
