Tab balance.

I ‘ve left Koodo. When will I get a bill showing my Tab balance. The only bill I received was one showint that I have a credit balance.

When did you leave Koodo?

Did you log into self serve and check your E-bill?

Maybe the bill you received  wasn't last bill yet.  You should check your next bill.

Also, you can access to your self serve for 90days after the cancellation.  So, log-in and check your PDF E-bill around your  billing date.
