My Koodo phone (Samsung Galaxy SII) works fine with T-Mobile when I go south but the signal is a bit weak in my place. I bought a T-Mobile booster off Ebay called a Cell-Fi for use in the USA and had it delivered to a neighbor in Phoenix so it's waiting there for me. I have my fingers crossed that it will work. It's got good ratings. I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but I got thinking... if Koodo cell phones usually work on T-Mobile, maybe a T-Mobile booster would work with Koodo? As in, should I bring it back with me so I can use it out at the lake next summer (where Koodo coverage is also a bit weak)? Here's what the product says for specs: Supports band I and VIII or band II and V—WCDMA/HSPA+ Here's a link to the booster: http://cel-fi.com/support/rs1/installation
What do you guys think? Any chance? And are the frequencies on this booster compatible with a newer phone like the Samsung Galaxy S4 or Note III?
