switched to $73 plan lost 10% byod discount... why?

I switched to the $73 plan from the $70 ALBERTA plan to get the extra 1 gb of data and the guy on the phone who did the switch (robert) said I no longer have my 10% byod discount... I have checked the information about the plan on the koodo store on my phones browser and there is no mention of this. I would like to get my discount back if possible and keep the plan.

The new plans have the discount built in already so you loose the additional discount.

Koodo should add that to their page then especially for mobile users as there is no mention of this.

Most businesses describe the services they offer, not the services they don't offer. Koodo describes the plans they offer on their website.

It's a service they did offer, so it should be highlighted that it's no longer applicable, at least for a while.
I have been claiming for the same issue for several days...and...nothing yet...
