how do i swich my account to another simcard

If you're a postpaid (monthly bill customer) log into self serve and click the Phone section Choose swap handset Follow the prompts to move your service to the new sim

If the new phone requires a different sized SIM card then you'll have to get one at a Koodo Shop and switch the SIM cards.
