SUSPEND / TERMINATE PLAN


I am leaving Canada next week and I want to terminate my plan. I don't want to get tied with the bill and charges. Please tell me how to suspend it?

You can either call in to cancel your services or you can move your account to seasonal hold to retain your number and account. When you come back you will have to choose from the new set of plans and arent guaranteed to get your old one back though. Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636)
Thank you Allan. I've been calling customer service many times but it's just the recording  and it'll kept me waiting for hours and it'll hang up. Do they have direct number?

There should be a call back option when you first call them. Also if you call early in the morning when they first open you will get through quicker.

Make sure you call when they are open

Hours of operation (local time):
  • Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 7pm
  • Sunday: 9am - 7pm
