Stop nickel and diming loyal customers.

Why not give the loyal customers a break and get rid of the call display, answering machine bill? It's nickel and diming us and makes us feel like we're honored to use your service, while it should be Koodos who is the one honored..( and paid well )..also, get ahead of the Verizon worry, and lower your prices, then we'd be more than happy to stay with you....think about it.

About 18 months, actually, the features became part of all new plans Feb 3, 2012.

Yeah. $5 a month for two features which individually cost $6 each at the time. Really sounds like customers got the short end of the stick there.

How exactly is Koodo "nickel and diming" you, specifically? At one point those features were offered separately if you have an older plan.

Your always able to change to one of the new plans which include those features. Koodo has never limited its existing customers from taking advantage of their promo plans, where as most other companies only let you get them if your a new customer, or renewing a contract.
Yeah, call display & voicemail haven't been charged seprately for at least 1.5 years.

I doubt any of cell companies are to worried about Verizon coming in. Their prices are actually higher in the US that what we get here. You can easily check this on their site. They also charge you $30 when you upgrade to a new phone, Been there done that. What the cellphone companies seem to be concerned about is that a hug US company gets access to taxpayer's susbsidized spectrum. Harper is on bent to get some sympathy from voter and I guess pretending that you actually want help us, customers is one way to do it. 🙂
Of coruse we have. We also know that Wind isn't that great either. Wind's data isn't unlimited. Your speeds are throttled after 5GB. If you go out of your calling area, you get a roaming fee for calling within Canada. Koodo does not do either of these things. That's what makes Koodo better than Wind.
