Start up on my galaxy S3

On my galaxy S3 smart phone, how do I set it up so that in opens up on my start page, each time I activate it after the security swipe?

I don't know if there's such an option. But you do know you can erase many of the built-in page so that you have only the ones you want right?
I think I know what you mean. But thats not what i meant. Usually some stupid preinstalled app called " S Memo " is displayed first. Then as soon as I swipe that away I can get to the pages that I set up. I never used S memo. The app manager does not show S Memo, so I even uninstall it. Ideally, I should be able to open to the same place (that I selected) each time. Do you know how I do that. It's android 4.1.2

Usually the page that is displayed is the one I've locked my phone to. The difference is that I'm on the S4, but I think it should be the same on the S3 even if it's not the same FW. As far as I remember... But try doing what Paul suggested!

You cant uninstall S Memo only disable it in the app manager. When you go into the app manager then swipe to the left till is says all at the top, then scroll down till you find SMemo there and click on it. Then click force close, then click delete data, then click disable and it will now be nowhere till you do the same but enable it again.

Also if you mean to get rid of the s memo widget on your home screen just press on it and hold it then an option at the top will pop up and you just drag the entire icon to the trash can and it will delete it from your home screen. This works for anything on any home screen. To change what page is your home page (when you press the home button it will go to that screen) while on your home screen press the menu button on the phone and then select page edit. It will show all your screens and at the top of each of those screens will be home symbols, just tap on the home symbol you want to be your home screen and it will light up and that will now be your home screen. Let us know if anything helped here or if you mean something else. Star the answer that helped you as well. Thanks.

Depending on what launcher your using you can usually select which homepage to show first after that. Nova launcher works that wag and so does go launcher.
