Sorry, this equipment (*****************************) is already in use.


I went to a koodo kisok and bought a micro sim, I went online to activate it but is says Sorry, this equipment (******************************) is already in use. What do i do ?

Are you sure they didn't activate it before you left the kiosk?
Hi Jak , As Timo said, the SIm could be activated at the store that is why you got the error message. To make sure wthere it was activated or not, call tech support they will check if everything is setup the right way ....and if it still not working they will troublehsoot the issue.
