i get the payment amount (fills in with this months bill)->payment info (fills in my credit card) but instead of going to review, it goes straight back to payment amount instead, is there a way to pass this? I've tried different browsers and not using the autofill option

There's an issue that's being worked on right now. There is unfortunately no timeline. Please use alternate methods, be is credit card via 611 (automated, not with a customer service rep), online banking with Koodo added as a payee.
