So I let my plan expire over 90 days and now can't even top up to ADD new base plan...


So I let my base plan expire over 90 days, and now can't even use phone to top up the acc't. Can I still use the same SIM / phone, just reactivate; or do i have to spend MORE cash for new SIM just to continue using same phone?

Once 90 days pass, you have to create a new pre-paid account with a new SIM.

Since you are a "new" account, you are eligible for the activation credit that refunds your SIM purchase price. But there's probably no way you can retrieve your old number.
