Slow Updating on my Data Usage.


Is there any particular reason my data usage is so slow to update? I've paid my bill on time yet I've still haven't had an update on this site since the 19th, nor has my on phone data changed months from the last cycle, which ended 4 days ago.

A moto G. Generally it's been slow to update since the new year, and outright refused to show February's data until the month was basically over.

Hi Soph!

Have you tried to power the phone off, remove the sim and power it back on? That might help.

If not, try this: Go to Settings>More>Turn on Airplane Mode>Turn off the phone>Remove the sim card>Wait 5 minutes>Then turn back on>Turn off airplane mode. It should work then.

Daniel I think she's talking about on Self Serve. I find mine is pretty slow to update but no where near as bad has hers (mine is generally 12-24 hours behind. Like this evening it was showing me how much data I used as of 10:30 this morning.
