since last night I've not been able to make our receive calls. I've removed the battery and rebooted multiple times. is the network down?

No. It's not. Make sure the phone is not set to airplane mode or 2G/GSM only, manually scan for networks and try selecting koodo. If it still does not work, call tech support at 1-866-995-6636, option 6 from another line.

No network issues at the present time. What kind of Android is it?

I reselected the Koodo network and it's working! Funny because I did that last night and that didn't work at the time. Anyway, thanks! 🙂
