Sim not working after activation


I activated my sim card last night but it does not seem to be working. My phone is samsung galaxy fame. Tried turning it off and on but does not seem to be working. Tried to change the mobile network mode to gsm/wcdma and wcdma only but both dont seem to work. Thanks for the help!

Did you get your phone unlocked by the original carrier?Also try unplugging the battery/sim while the phone is plugged in. Also try searching for mobile networks and see what happens.
