sim card locked need puk code


my phone again today is in sim lock puk coke its the third time this happened this week i cannot recieve calls nor texts

Hi Domenico, You will need to contact Koodo tech support for the PUK code for your sim card. Dial 1-866-995-6636 from a land line and press option 6 to speak with them. This is a public forum and no one can provide you with a PUK code, also be sure not to post private information (phone number) on here as everyone can see it. Hope that helps
your system is flaued if people such as myself being disable do not have another phone and difficult being mobile to go to a phone i am in a small town and 6months new heae i dont even know where a pay phone is they dont even have then ib any store

Well in this case I'm not a Koodo employee. I'm simply a Koodo customer just like yourself. If you don't have access to a phone you can always call through Gmail as there is a calling feature built into it on the Internet (if you have a Gmail account that is).
