SIM Card Issue

I have been trying to pay my bills but its keeps telling me my SIM cared is not registered. I tried calling in this morning and still receiving the same message. How do I make my bill payment without going to the kiosk? This is highly annoying.  You guys don't give no warning, just go ahead and disconnect service, one day after it was due.  Seriously, other companies at least gives 2-3 days grace period, or you can call in to make partial payments, there is no such service with you guys.

You will need to call in and speak with Koodo to pay and get service back. You will need to find a landline or use a friend's phone

Hi Sharon, your phone is most likely not working for another reason, as we do give a longer grace period than 1 day 🙂 The first thing would be to power cycle the phone and try again. You can also check if you 're connected to 3G/4G in Network Settings. If it still doesn't work, call us as Dennis suggested. You can reach us from another phone at 1-866-995-6636, option #5.
