SIM card activation site returns an error message: An error has occurred.  Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.
Tried different browsers and different computers. 2 days, no luck.

Try private / incognito tab. If it still isnt working contact Koodo directly explaining that what issues you got and error messages and they should be able to help you. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 alternativrly.
