Setting up outgoing email on Koodo LG3

I have a LG3 with Koodo and am having difficulty setting up my outgoing email account. I use a server for incoming emails so I don't have to keep changing my address. That is set up the same as on my laptop and Android tablet. It works. I use Rogers for my outgoing laptop and tablet. I tried using the same settings on the mobile phone, and it worked initially but now will not send outgoing emails. Rogers say Koodo has to set it up?? Help!

Try these:
Outgoing Server Name: smtp.telus.net 
Port: 25 
Use Authentication: No 
Use SSL: No
Userlevel 3
