Service re activation


Hey I paid most of my bill yesterday but my phone is still cut off how can I get it back on I need it for work

You need to pay the reconnection fee in order to get the line to work!
Is there any way I can do that without being on hold any longer lol

You can try going to a kiosk, or contacting Koodo via Facebook.

Caleb, where did you make the payment? At a bank? If yes, that does take a couple days before they transfer the funds. The challenge is that you are on a spending limit plan at the moment and there is more than the amount allowed in past due amounts on the account. We won't be able to reconnect via Facebook. If you haven't gotten through yet you may want to dial #227 from your phone and see if you are eligible for payment arrangements.

Dont expect it to be fast.  you just wont need to wait on hold
