Service issues with Galaxy S3


I purchased the S3 back in November and was really happy with it. Lately though, I have been having trouble maintaining any bars. Randomly, (as far as I can tell) I'll go from having four bars down to having a circle with the diagonal line through it. I've tried rebooting and removing and replacing the Sim card but it still does this. It's not usually for long but it happens fairly frequently. I don't make a lot of phone calls so I haven't noticed any call drops. I'm wondering if this is the same issue that others are having with the S3 or if it's something else? I'm not sure when exactly it started but I think it's been a couple of months. Any ideas? Thanks!

The most common issue with the S3 right now is that oubound calls go directly to "call ended" without dialing out, which is definitely software related. The issue you're having kind of sounds like there may be a loose antenna connection in the phone.

From what I heard, it is the S3 with Android OS 4.3
Hmm, sounds like I'll have to call Koodo then. I was kind of hoping it was that software issue, ah well, thank you!!

If the connection isn't good enough for a call from your own phone, there are other ways to reach customer service:
