Service issue

I have used Koodo for over a year lived at the same address in Innisfil. I currently upgraded my phone to the SIII mini and my boyfriend just signed up with Koodo about a week ago. I always had good service and my boyfriend had okay maybe 3/5 bars with Rogers now neither of us get any service unless we stand out by the road. Is there a good device you can buy that boost signal that isn't like $300? I really like Koodo after having a lot of trouble with Bell and Rogers so I don't want to have to leave but it's really inconvenient to not have any service when I did before with the HTC One V. Any advise would be appreciated

The device you need is this: http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/wilson-wilson-signalboost-cellular-amplifier-kit-841263-841263/10190242.aspx?path=eb8f80aa3863b765fa94467d16a1b2feen02 It installs outside your home and simply relays cellular signal inside, as well as boosting it. And as you wanted, it doesn't cost $300, it is $549. But it does work, contrary to cheaper solutions. I have installed one for my uncle, and it does what it says, wonderfully 🙂

You probably don't need the $600 one and maybe fine with this unit that's on sale for $129. Take it home try it out if it doesn't work you can always take it back to future shop. http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/wilson-wilson-cell-phone-signal-booster-815226f-815226f/10190239.aspx?path=0d1b23b8ad8ced19930dbcb4f5dad859en02 Phone do vary in their ability to receive signals that's why you might see the difference now. If you haven't yet, do a PRL update on your phone. Dial *22803 on your phone and follow the prompts.

Hi Chris, *22803 won't work on HSPA phones! Thank you!
