sending text's don't work but receiving works!


I have the bluboo s1, I did a post before here about data not working and I got it why but now texts dont work on my new phone, the bluboo but it doesnt work on my older phone too. It used to work on the bluboo the first days doe. Can I get any help plz?

Nah, it was an Asus Zenfone 2

The bluboo s1 is missing some of the cellular frequency bands used in by Koodo and most north American carriers. That's most likely the issue here.

It worked before, it just stopped. In the same time I never had issues with my zenfone 2 and now got the same problem has my bluboo

Since 2 weeks yes, I just tried with my moms sim card who is with tellus and works without problems for the texts

What is the part I understand the less is that I can receive texts but I cannot send

Have you tries a new SIM card? Maybe yours is faulty?

As these phone are non-Koodo, have you set the APN to Koodo correctly?

I solved the probkem by myself. If you want to know: there the section SMSC number  in the sms settings. It was blank and i needed to put this number for koodo:[b]+16475800172

yeah, there was one similar case in Public Mobile. However, it won't work with Android7, so I couldn't get the SMSC number myself.
