Selfserve /Monthly customer


I get selfserve errors when I try to change things on my account, even checking tab balance, trying to change plan, it doesn't let me do anything! If it continues I will file a complaint with the CRTC. I have had billing issues with koodo as well.

Please send us a private message on Facebook Clarence for us to take closer look at you account. When there is a significant past due and other events, often maybe part of the reason for self serve not being fully accessible.
