Self service and bill


Help! When I log into self service I can't find my bill for what I need to pay and I haven't received an email or anything yet on how much my bill is for last month . My sister gets a text message how do I?

Are you sure your bill is ready yet? When you sign into self serve (website, not app) it should be the first thing you see at the top of the page.

Kristen, pls give us a call. Looks like you have tried to register two different email addresses which created an issues. Your self service account has to be reset in order for you to get access.
