Self Serve set up


I am trying to complete my self serve account, but when I attempt to put my phone number in it won't accept it.

Try inputting the entire # with no spaces

Maybe double check your phone number just to make sure. If you are entering it correctly in the following format ###-###-#### then you need to call Koodo to figure out what's wrong as I seemed to be able to get passed that first stage without issue
