Self Serve Log-in Problem

I just accepted my wife's request to have access to our account so she can watch her data usage, see when bills are due, ect... It shows her name and e-mail when I accepted her request but we have no idea how she can log-in to the account now. I know she must use the e-mail I just granted the permissions to but there was no password giving or anywhere I could make her one that I've seen. I'm assuming it's a broken system and I should just tell her to log-in with my e-mail? Which kind of voids the whole point of me approving her request? Any help would be awesome.

If you received a request for access, that means that she went through the self serve registration. She needs to use the password she setup at that time.
