Self Serve gets message "You're still waiting to be approved"

Opened the account a week ago and I did get the email asking me to verify the email account but still get the "waiting to be approved" message when trying to login.  I believe I'll need a custom rep to help?  Please help.  Thanks.

Yes, it looks like your account needs a reset. Simplest form of contact would be through PM on Koodo's Facebook Page, or DM from their Twitter page.

Thanks.  I've contacted them on Facebook and filled the authentication form.  Let's see if it can be resolved soon.  Thanks
