Hello Roni, please accept our heartfelt condolences for your loss. What day was this voicemail saved on? Have you received a text message recently letting you know that your voicemail has been upgraded? If you have the new voicemail, you should have the option to recover deleted voicemails http://koo.do/1OhLNUT (option 19). Please keep us posted 🙂
Hi Melissa, thank you. I resaved my mom's voice mail on Dec 14th after I listened to it. I then travelled yo the U.S. on the 15th and returned to BC on 18th. I didnt check my phone for anything, including updates because of how expensive it is to do that while in the states. I got back to BC with my sister so she could also hear mom's last words and it was gone. I cant tell you how devastating this is. My mom told us how much she loved us. It was beautiful, it was rare, I kerp trying to hear exactly what she said, even how she said it. It was quiet and sweet. I dont know about any voicemail upgrading at all. ?

I understand how important these messages mean ♥️.  Can you try to call your voicemail menu, listen to it and see if there is an option "19"? If not, what is the last option that you hear?
Hi Melissa, last option I hear is to press 9 to save message, which is not my moms message, but a message from her sweetie.

Can you call your voicemail once again please 🙂. Don't select the saved messages option just yet;listen to all of the options in the voicemail menu and let me know what's the last option you hear 🙂

Let's try it again 🙂. Close the call if you're currently connected to the voicemail and call it again.  To call it, hold the "1" key on your phone only once and you will hear a menu.  Let me know if you hear this menu in the automated system: ([b]please do not select the option "play messages" just yet)

1
Play messages
2
Record a message
3
Greetings
4
Personal Options
8
Reach your old voicemail box to retieve your old messages
19
to view your deleted and expired messages

Okay..did it play any other messages? If not, can you call again and choose option "8" which is to view your messages saved on the old mailbox?

No other messages and when I press 8 it tells me it is an incorrect key.

Did you dial your voicemail again and choose option 8 from the menu right after?

I just tried that but told it is an incorrect key. 😞

As much as I want to help you get that message back, I don't have any other instructions to provide that may help 😞.  Up until recently it wasn't possible to retrieve some of the deleted messages; however, I want to make sure that every troubleshooting step was followed in case it's still there.  Can you maybe have a friend or relative help you with the options again? Again, the voicemail options are found here http://koo.do/1OhLNUT
