Samsung SIII does not ring for each call.

I am noticing an increase of the number of calls on which the phone does not ring and there is no entry in the call log, yet I have voicemail from the caller. The last time I was sitting beside the phone and it never rang.

This could be due to a poor signal or congested network. On your side you could go into your setting and under mobile networks, tap network selection and choose Koodo It may or may not help but it's not an issue with your phone but more network coverage. If it persists, call Koodo tech support to have them log a ticket. This way they may check the towers near you for a malfunction.
