Last night I stopped in at the Koodo Kiosk in MasonVille Mall in London to see about warranty repair for my Samsung S9. I was told to take it down the hall to the fonelab store and they would handle any repairs. Is this how Koodo handles phones they sell that are still under warranty? I did take the phone to fonelab and they quickly determined the screen was defective and would need to be replaced. They do not however offer a loaner phone while repairs are being done. So once again, is Koodo's policy to have a third party deal with warranty repairs on Koodo phones?

It seems the Fonelab was on their list when I typed Toronto in the search.
