There are two ways to get the hidden toggle(s) back (Data & Mobile Hotspot). The first method is more of a tutorial to familiarize yourself with the tools and files needed.

The second is a batch file approach where all of the tools and required files are conveniently zipped into one file, (see link below). The latter works flawlessly and is the method I recommend using.
http://goo.gl/Kz25iv (file downloads immediately to your computer)
Extract the files > install the USB drivers (included) > put phone in usb debugging mode (phone must be in Developer Mode) > plug your phone into your computer > once you hear the device connected sound, run "add_toggles.bat" minus quotation marks, (from a command prompt or terminal window within the platform-tools directory). Done!

The only drawback is that these toggles, (Mobile Data & Mobile Hotspot) disappear whenever a security patch or system update is installed. Simply repeat the process to get the toggles back.

Hi rikkster

Thanks for the plug of my script.

Indeed this works on many of the canadian samsung devices. People should note that it isn't samsung that is removing the toggles, it is the telecoms. They get their grubby hands on the image and remove the toggles form the tiles files.

Anyways, there's more details to people by following this link to the Samsung Community where my script was first posted

It contains the change logs, community feedback and important notices regarding the process
