i am trying to log to my acc and is not working to get my bill per mouth in my email

What exactly is not working? Can you not sign in? Can you not find the billing notification options? Have you found them and the bill isn't being sent? We need more information if you'd like us to help.

What does it tell you when you try to sign in? Just that you can't? Wrong password or username? Did you register successfully? Which browser are you using?

Hello Cin!

If you've already logged in in the past, you should be able to reset your password or user name (email address) where it says "Forgot?" on the Self Serve login page.
