Samsung galaxy s2x phone issues


OK i am absoltly fed up, i havnt even been with this provider for 30 days and when i go in tomorrow this will be phone number 5!!!!!!! i run a business and this is tarting to affect me because noone can get ahold of me.. as anyone else had problems with this phone? this is getting rediculous.

Hey Megan, sorry to hear you're having problems with your S2x. Can you be a little more specific as to what problems you're experiencing? I do see that you mention no one can get a hold of you. Have you tried calling *611 and pressing option 6 to speak with tech support? That is strange for four and now five devices to be defective, or maybe I'm reading that part wrong. Maybe you're on the fringes of the coverage area. I've had my S2x for the same length of time as Timo and haven't experienced any issues to date.

Not sure why you've had to change your # 5 times and what exactly that would have to do at all with the phone? Can you explain this further?

I think they've changed the phone 5 times, not the number.

I've had this phone since March and have experienced zero problems. As rikkster mentioned, are you on the fringe of coverage where you live? I would call customer service, tech rep and speak to someone. Hopefully they can solve your issue. Good luck! 🙂

Forgot to add... this is the 5th Samsung Galaxy S11 x you've gone through or experienced problems with?
