Samsung Galaxy Note MMS unable to send

I have an unlocked Galaxy Note and I am unable to send picture or video. Anyone else have this issue? How did you fix it?

You need to ake sure you have your APN setup to Koodo's, as described in the link below: http://koodomobile.com/en/ab/non-koodo-phone-data-setup.shtml

Are you sending these messages within Canada?

Is your data connection on? Picture messages require a data connection in order to be sent/received. Have you tried a battery pull? Take out the battery and sim card for 30 seconds - 1 minute and restart the device.

Sigh... Non-Koodo phones do have issues with MMS sometimes. There are plenty of threads about it here and several suggestions to try and fix it. Unfortunately, since it isn't a Koodo phone to begin with, there is little even Koodo's Tech Support can help you with, but users have tried and been successful with the following: 1) If you have any other APN listed besides "Koodo.sp" delete it then reboot the phone 2) Change the APN type from "default,mms,supl,dun" to "internet + MMS". Keep all other info the same, only changed the APN type. Let's try those and see where to go from there. Sometimes it works, sometimes we just gotta keep plugging along. Good luck and let us know!
A mix of everything seems to have done it. I can now send mms. Thank you everyone so much

Sometimes the non-Koodo phones are just a little quirky like that, especially with the MMS. I know I had issues too. But I am really glad you got yours working! Take care!
