Samsung Galaxy Note 2 locked to Wind from Kijiji. Will it work?

Hi. I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from someone on Kijiji. The phone is locked to Wind and I have a few questions. 1. After I unlock it, will it be compatible with Koodo? 2. Is there a way to check if it will work on Koodo before I buy and unlock the phone? 3. Will the phone work at optimal speeds on Koodo? Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi Camillo. Thank you so much for the quick answer. I checked the link and its compatible. I was just a bit worried because some of the research I did said that Wind phones don't work on Koodo. Do you know what will happen if I put my Koodo sim card into a phone that is still locked to wind? Thanks again

It will ask you for the unlock code and won't work until you enter the successful unlock code. Don't enter the wrong unlock code too many times or the phone will become permanently locked and won't be able to be unlocked at all.

NP, it's a great phone but just be really careful buying off kijiji, you could get a great deal or you could end up getting screwed and out $400-$500. Have a great night and food luck finding a new phone.
