As the title says, I've recently purchased a new phone, a certified Samsung Galaxy A8. I did notice that most of the time, the phone itself would reboot after a short period of time not being used.
To be honest, since this is my first android phone, I thought this was normal.
But today, I have applied an update and ever since this morning, the phone gets stuck on the logo upon startup and that's pretty much it ; Nothing else, just the logo screen.
I did tried to force-restart the device by holding the down volume key+ the power button, nothing happened ; the same result appeared.
I did a few researsh online and I've tried to plug it on, leave it for an hour and come back to see if it was the battery or the firmware, now it is stuck on the charging state even if its not plugged in anymore!
Is there any possible way to fix this or do I have to personally go to a center to have it fixed?
