Samsung A8 2018 - Sound Problem Speaker Problem

Hello,

I just recently signed up with Koodo and got the new Samsung A8.

When the phone is like 80% charged or higher and I watch videos like youtube the sound crackles.

I haven't seen anywhere that Samsung will fix this issue. Will Koodo allow for new customers to just change their phone or get a different phone entirely ?

@rkr : Koodo only allow you to return within 15 days of use. If you pass the 15days mark, you have to follow the guideline on warranty https://www.koodomobile.com/help/warranty-and-repair-policy

Btw, If you think all A8 had the issue then they might not change anything. Speaker on phone wasn't that good anyway.

If you are within your 15 days, I would get a new one at least once to see if it happens across again
