Sambung Galaxy Ace II x won't receive/deliver texts

Cannot receive or deliver any messages and when i try to call anyone i get redirected to the Telus line, but i don't know what is wrong?

Take out Sim card do a reset software tray Gen if this falis chack Sim card is not Crack if not may be error message knowing Telus has bad singel
if this happens call koodo press 6# for technical dept
may help you out
