S5 tab over charge...still on bill

I received a text from koodo saying that they charged me a $5 tab charge by mistake and look at my bill to see tbat this is corrected. I did but the charge is still there...what can I do ?

You're saying the tab is still here this month while it has been corrected last month?

Hi Joanna - when did you receive the text? Your last bill was issued on August 21st, so if you received the text after that date (this week I'm assuming?) The credit will be reflected on your next bill.
Thank you..I received the text yesterday. I will look out for the credit on my next month's bill then.
