Usually Samsung pushes updates to every carrier at the same time in Canada so maybe you haven't made it to the Que yet and are waiting for it to push to your handset or its possible there could have been issues with the update and it could have been halted. When did the other carriers mentioned begin pushing the update?
Mine has been upgraded for about 2 weeks. Lots of problems. Avoid upgrading if possible. Notifications, sounds, do not disturb feature is all messed up. Others reported call & texting problems.

The update for the S5 has only been available in Canada for 2 days.   is your phone a s5 or s6 ?

Hey Aamir! As soon as the update is available, we'll send it straight to your phone! We're testing out all the kinks to make sure it's working properly when it makes its way to you. To verify if an update is waiting for you, simply go to Settings->About Device->Software Update->Update. Take care!
