S5 restarting? Can this be repaired or fixed?

You can probably get into recovery mode and do a factory reset. Have you tried?

Is it constantly restarting? If you're still within your warranty period (1 year from original purchase date), you can take it to a Koodo store/kiosk and have it sent it to be looked at and possibly repaired
I am within the warranty period, have checked and its fully up to date have done a factory restart it just freezes and then restarts

Well it's definitely a dud at this point. I would take it in for repair at your local Koodo shop.

I had a Samsung wouldn't turn off. Koodo sent it out, back in a day and a half. Told they wiped it clean and download up to date software.
