S5 Bonus gift

Bought the S5 Neo with a tab last week and when visiting the main Koodo page today noticed it says ''+ a '$100 dollar bonus.gift'', and was wondering if I was eligible for said.gift.  I've got the 500MB and 500 minutes plan and am paying the $15 a month tab if that is relevant.  I also did everything online since there is no Koodo store within hundreds of km from me.

The first question I need to ask is if you're a new customer or an existing one. The bonus.gifts are typically only for new Tab activations. If you are new, then you could try sending an email to the webstore to see if they can do anything since it's still within the return period. This is off the website: For questions about your order email us at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com – you’ll get a response quickly. Please include your sales order number in your email message. If you want to call us about an order you’ve placed, contact us at 1-844 566-3697 Tuesday through Friday, 3pm to 9pm EST. If they can't do anything from their side (it's a different division than dealing with account level stuff) then maybe customer service can. I recommend giving them a call at 1-866-995-6636 or *611 from your Koodo phone. Good luck!

Yes, I am new to Koodo.  Was a telus customer until last week, when I bought a new phone and plan through Koodo and transferred my previous phone number to the new phone.

You shouldn't have a problem. If this was at store level, they would likely just redo the invoice in their POS system but leave the account alone. I've done this when I worked at Mobile Shop. Do you have a Koodo retailer/reseller in your area rather let than a Koodo shop? Wow, Mobile Shop, Best Buy, and London Drugs all activate Koodo as well. They likely have the equivalent value.gift card or its a combination of those and accessories. Just a heads up for your upgrades with Koodo - you won't always have to resort to waiting for shipping.

Good news.  They applied the bonus.gift to my account.

Sadly I live a good 300km from any such outlet.  I bought my phone through the Koodo website and had it mailed to my home. 

I sent them off an email with my account info explaining the situation a few minutes ago.  With any luck they'll be able to do something about it.
