Roaming Data error


Hello from Peru! I'm travelling with a Telus Note 5 on the Koodo network. Before leaving Toronto, I turned off my data conncinnec. It stayed off after I landed in Lima. After turning my phone off the first night, I powered it on thinking that the data connection would remain off. However this wasn't the case and I racked up 5mb of use unintentionally. No ones fault, but seeing as this was an accident I was hoping you could help me out by either using my tab credit in exchange or giving me a little break on the charge. Thanks for any help! Its truly appreciated! Conor

5MB is really not a lot.
We have no control over crediting your account, but a quick call to customer service and I am sure they can help you out with the small data usage.

North American Toll-free numbers likely won't work from Peru. Here's a suggestion made by Mayumi in another thread:
